Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Prepare requirements document, which will be then used by the engineering team to develop/ makes changes to the system application.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

We incorporate expertise from across the firm to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions according to industry strategy. Core Industry Solutions will be known in the market for a focus on transforming industry operations through industry technology solutions.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional working experience within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Experience interacting with business users to identify their needs, gathering requirements & authoring Business Requirement Documents across the deliverables of a project.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be able to start on or before 1/6/2025.
- Must live a commutable distance from of the following cities: Tampa FL, Jersey City NJ, Dallas TX, Buffalo, NY

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97000 to $160000
