As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Sponsorships & Partnerships Manager to help increase our revenue through advertisement sales and sponsorships. This is a commission-based, contract role with significant earning potential and the flexibility of working remotely.

Job Description:

As the Sponsorships & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, securing and nurturing partnerships with advertisers and sponsors who align with our Bitcoin-only ethos. Your work will directly impact our newsletter's growth, and you’ll thus have unlimited earning potential based on the deals you close.

While prior experience in sales is a plus, it is not required. We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic about Bitcoin-only and eager to build experience in sales and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Source and connect with advertisers and sponsors aligned with our Bitcoin-only values.
• Negotiate and secure advertisement deals, sponsorships, and long-term partnerships to increase revenue.
• Manage both inbound and outbound sales pipelines to maximize deal flow.
• Maintain and update our sponsorship deck as needed.
• Ensure that all partnerships and ads align with the values and interests of our audience.
• Build and nurture ongoing relationships with advertisers and partners to ensure satisfaction.
• Track performance and provide regular feedback to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Bitcoin and a deep understanding of the Bitcoin ecosystem.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in advertisement sales is essential.
• Existing attendee of Bitcoin conferences in order to network is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for growing with a fast-paced, Bitcoin-focused publication.

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based with no earnings cap.
• You will receive a generous percentage of all advertisement sales and sponsorship deals closed, allowing for unlimited income potential.
