DESCRIPTION
Are you a passionate marketer with a knack for cross-team collaboration and leading global programs? Amazon Web Services Partner Marketing is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Marketing Manager to spearhead strategic, AWS Partner Marketing Central based scale programs, governance, and overall execution. This role will drive marketing activation at scale and help enable partner-led demand generation across multiple AWS partners. Playing a pivotal role in this fast-growing business, you will define, test, and scale best-in-class customer experiences across owned programs. You will establish standards, processes, and guardrails to ensure continuous optimization and improvement, and drive the launch of new programs/campaigns to enhance the partner experience. Moreover, you will be accountable for program performance, tracking and analyzing key metrics such as reach, engagement, attributed pipeline, and Voice of the Partner in this high-impact, high-visibility role.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in building and optimizing high-performing, scalable marketing programs. They should excel at both strategic thinking (generating bold, innovative ideas) and tactical execution (managing self-service platforms, analyzing data, removing blockers). Top-tier problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous environments are essential for this role.
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end scalable programs, partner ready campaign strategy, governance, and execution.
• Establish guardrails, processes, and mechanisms to ensure high-quality programs and performance
• Build a global framework for partner activation/inclusion into scalable programs (inclusive of all partner types: Consulting, Technology, Startups, Distributors, and VARs).
• Collaborate with Geo Partner Marketing and Operations teams to define roadmaps, design, test, and implement innovative customer experiences across Scalable Programs.
• Evaluate regional growth opportunities, partner needs, and action into campaign frameworks and program pilots to support partner-led demand generation.
• Track and analyze critical performance metrics like reach, engagement, attributed actions, and customer sentiment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent project management skills with experience in demand generation, content production, and roadmap management.
- Adept at setting direction, aligning large cross-functional teams, and driving deliverables with internal and external stakeholders (including agency partners).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) is preferred.
- Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
