WORK SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday 7:00 am-4:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
- Assist with the Facilities Management Office's day-to-day operations by entering data, answering phones, greeting guests, running campus errands, and keeping the office clean and presentable for visitors
- Provide support to the Executive Director, Director, supervisors, employees, and contractors, representing FM and SNU in a positive and professional manner
- Assist with data entry into the WebTMA work order system
- Assist in invoice preparation
- Maintain positive interpersonal relationships
- Assist in maintaining the checkout system for all keys, credit cards, vehicles, and any other items borrowed from Facilities Management and maintaining accountability for returns
- Maintain the current filing system
- Maintain office supply, first aid, and breakroom supply inventory
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:

- An understanding of the importance of diversity, inclusion, and equity.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced work environment
- Typing and spelling competency
- Experience with various computer software applications
- Data entry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college coursework
- Experience in higher education
Supervision Received:
Receives supervision and work assignments from a designated supervisor, although other staff members in the unit may provide work direction.
Supervision Exercised:
May be responsible for the coordination of work assignments for student employees.in Director’s absence
