What You’ll Do
- Provide full administrative support to Executive team members.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and strategically drive and manage time of the leaders you support
- Understand how to handle calls from high profile contacts in a poised and professional manner
- Design and prepare materials as needed for meetings, presentations, etc. in advance to ensure leaders are prepared with proper context
- Manages travel arrangements, submits travel and other business related expenses for reimbursement
- Prepare and/or proofs presentations and emails when required
- Plan, schedule and organize work
- Maintain a positive work environment for employees as a team player
- Build relationships with Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company as well as with HR, Finance, and Legal partners for the organization
- Act as the main point of contact for the leaders among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Perform other general administrative/project management duties as assigned
Who You Are
- Ability to develop systematic approach to getting multiple tasks completed
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
- A skilled organizer – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Someone with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven media environment
- A story-teller that can create a presentation from conception through completion
- A strong writer/editor of internal and external correspondence
Preferred Skills & Experience
- BA/BS or with administrative assistant experience for a senior-level executive
- Extremely organized and detail oriented while working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
- Able to successfully balance multiple priorities
- Expert with Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of virtual meeting programs (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills; proactive, flexible and a strong decision making ability
- Strong creative writing and presentation experience

Salary Range
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
