Job Duties
Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Must be able to sing, play 'ukulele or guitar, lead singing performances, guest activities, teach Hawaiian cultural classes, and conduct concierge desk duties. Provide and promote excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement. Responsible for all operational and program functions and the supervision as relates to Outrigger Ka'anapali Beach Resort, cultural arts program, and special events. 
 
Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of various host training/classes, including various resort and cultural community and special events that provide meaningful outreach to and engagement of hosts, guest, and community. Perform other duties as assigned. Entertainment and hotel experience desirable as are membership with related cultural affiliations.
