Work you’ll do
- Develop and refine comprehensive training strategies and approaches tailored to the needs of large-scale IT systems implementations, ensuring alignment with project goals and user requirements
- Create detailed course outlines, storyboards, training templates, prototypes, and standards to facilitate effective learning and user adoption
- Design and develop a variety of training materials, including slide presentations, quick reference guides, and other supplemental resources to support end-user learning
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, which may include instructor-led training, web-based training, simulations, and hands-on exercises, to ensure users are well-prepared for system go-live
- Implement post go-live training plans, including refresher training and office hours/labs, to reinforce learning and support ongoing user adoption and proficiency

Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of experience designing, developing and delivering training programs for large-scale IT implementations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Prior management consulting experience
