Empower Partnerships is looking for seasoned HR Consultants with expertise in Talent Management, and Organizational Development. The ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers with a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to implement effective solutions that align with our clients' business goals. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with a preference for candidates based in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Projects you may be considered for
- Lead performance management processes and initiatives.
- Develop succession planning strategies and leadership development programs.
- Facilitate executive coaching and talent reviews.
- Learning and Organizational Development Consultant
- Design and deliver tailored training programs for management and staff.
- Develop and execute employee development initiatives.
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend development strategies.
Talent Management Consultant
What you need to qualify as an HR Consutlant
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with assessment tools, Predictive Index (PI) highly desired.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience in executive coaching and strategic HR planning.
- Prior consulting experience with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- 5-7 years HR experience Talent Management and Organizational Development
