The Consumer Experience team is critical to forging and maintaining lasting relationships with our millions of customers. In this role, you will:

  • Be working a shift Pacific Time Zone: 9am - 6pm including a weekend day
  • Resolve customer support issues patiently while adhering to company policies.
  • Provide fast, accurate, and personalized support through email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our mobile apps and website.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and interactions.
  • Remain flexible to take on additional assignments as needed 

We are looking for:

  • Passionate about sneakers and technology, with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise interactions with customers.
  • Self-starter and quick learner who can work independently, handle increasing responsibilities, and make decisions based on established guidelines.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have reliable Wi-Fi.
  • Must be available to work one weekend day per week, extended hours during peak times, and Pacific Time hours
The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
