Overview:
The Account Supervisor role at Copacino Fujikado is pivotal within our Account Management department, embodying our agency's core values: fueled by curiosity, find a way, give a damn, do the right thing, play offense, and enjoy the ride. This position, one step above the Account Executive level, demands expertise in client relationships, organic growth initiatives, and efficient project management. As an Account Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the account team, requiring a blend of strategic acumen and creative thinking. A strong Account Supervisor is someone who has moved from “order taking” to “order making”, proactively identifying how to solve client business problems, looking around corners, and leading agency teams to create more complex and fully integrated campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Understand your client’s business thoroughly, including their revenue streams and key objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with mid- to senior-level clients, becoming their go-to person within the agency.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the client’s brand and its unique differentiators in the market.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, often collaborating with senior account leaders to turn opportunity into action.
- Ensure timely responses to client emails, maintaining a high level of communication efficiency.
- Monitor industry news related to assigned clients and competitors, providing insightful updates to both the agency team and clients.
- Facilitate regular client status meetings, ensuring organized and informative discussions.
- Take a proactive leadership role in preparing purposeful and effective client and internal meetings.
Workflow Management:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with media, production, insights, and marketing teams, setting clear expectations and deadlines to drive internal workflow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Oversee the Ad Set Planning document and process, ensuring accurate campaign assets and timely trafficking.
Finance:
- Develop comprehensive scopes of work and manage agency staffing plans for projects of various scales.
- Oversee client budgets and ensure good financial hygiene for all assigned accounts.
- Monitor agency turn and proactively provide ideas for ensuring accounts run profitably.
Strategy & Creative:
- Enhance creative work by providing valuable feedback and client insight on briefs and creative concepts. Be an active participant in all strategy and creative meetings.
- Lead in crafting assignment briefs and oversee the production of advertising assets, spanning radio, social, print, OOH, and video (with assistance / direction on high-budget productions).
Media & Analytics:
- Demonstrating strong knowledge in integrated media, from traditional to digital and social platforms.
- Proactively author media assignment briefs when needed; work closely with Insights and your supervisor on more complex briefs.
- Take an active role in providing input and feedback on media plans, ensuring they meet the client objectives and work with the creative idea / assets; actively find ways to ensure creative and media are working together to create a “multiplying” effect.
- Offer valuable feedback on client reporting and analytics, ensuring agency reports are clear and actionable, and are delivered in client-friendly format and language.
Supervision & Reporting:
- Facilitate the success of your direct supervisor, colleagues, and clients. Proactively look for opportunities to contribute beyond what is asked of you.
- Provide clear guidance to Account Executives where applicable, fostering their professional growth.
Our Core Values:
- Fueled by Curiosity: Constantly ask 'why?' and 'what if?' to find creative solutions.
- Find a Way: Overcome challenges, ambiguity, timelines, or budget constraints to get things done.
- Give a Damn: Care deeply about clients, deliverables, and colleagues, challenging each other to create better outcomes.
- Do the Right Thing: Strive to do the right thing for clients, colleagues, and the community, even when it's difficult.
- Play Offense: Proactively plan for the future and strive for continuous improvement.
- Enjoy the Ride: Embrace fun, laughter, kindness, and positivity through all times.

- Eligibility to participate in our 401K plan after 90 days of employment, with potential for an employer year-end contribution based on agency profitability and regulatory guidelines.
- Generous PTO package, including vacation, sick days, and shorter summer Fridays. Plus, enjoy up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave and 12 paid holidays per year.
- Stipends to help cover the costs of your cell phone, internet, home office furnishings, and a public transportation pass.
- Competitive salary with a benefits package designed to support your well-being.
- Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and innovative team.
- Access to professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
