Empower Partnerships is looking for a high energy, Office Manager / Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with people and creating an organized office environment!
As our Office Manager/Administrative Assistant, your primary function will be work with various leaders in the organization to manage administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, provide proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites and enter data into various Applicant Tracking Systems.

As an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant you will
- Performing clerical and administrative duties in the office
- Collecting and sorting mail
- Scheduling and managing logistics for meetings with vendors, clients and internal teams
- Overseeing laptop and office equipment purchases and exchanges
- Assisting with human resource compliance requirements for multi-state staff
- Enter data into various Applicant Tracking Systems
- Take meeting notes and distribute notes to team members and clients
- Prepare, edit and/or create internal and external communication and messaging
- Schedule and coordinate travel for clients and internal team members
- Other administrative duties as assigned
What you will need to qualify as Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

- 3+ years’ experience in Office Management or Administrative experience
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus
- Must be able to work 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday in the Empower Partnerships office at 3039 E Ray Road, Phoenix, AZ
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Persuasive communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for interacting with staff and clients
- Proven ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate office operations
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
$40,000 - $45,000 a year
