We are seeking an experienced NLU Analyst to oversee a team of NLU Analysts. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology. As an NLU Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all labeling/analysis tasks are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities

    • Label language data following labeling guidelines
    • Ensure that labeling/data analysis tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Review, maintain and improve labeling guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy of labeling/analysis.
    • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to identify requirements and prioritize tasks.
    • Work with the project management team to ensure that labeling/analysis tasks are scheduled and completed according to project timelines.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
    • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in NLU labeling/analysis
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field preferred
    • Understanding of Conversational AI concepts and technologies.
    • Experience with NLU tools and providers such as Dialog Flow
    • Excellent project management and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
