Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a qualified and driven Account Manager. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team managing Corporate Sales to impact the industry as no other company can. This sales position will be given the opportunity to manage a growing part of the brand.  Under Armour strives to be the best and our Sales team delivers that message every day. 

This role will also lead the Dropship business to ensure operational and business excellence on our wholesale.com partner sites, including Dick’s.com, Kohls.com, etc.   They will ensure UA product is showcased on externally hosted partner websites and marketplaces, in alignment with cross functional teams and the Dropship strategy.  This position optimizes product data on 3rd party storefronts to ensure proper operations to achieve growth targets set in partnership with Wholesale Sales leaders.
 

Your Impact

•    Manage all Under Armour related business for the Corporate Sales channel. Job tasks include but are not limited to seasonal sales presentations, assortment building, order bank management, account marketing, daily account support, and sample management
•    Drive growth with our existing product line and categories, and identify new business initiatives
•    Provide daily service and support to the Account Services, Marketing, Merchandising and Planning teams that help manage these businesses
•    Partner with Planning to forecast future seasons ensuring a stable supply chain signal
•    Manage Drop Ship P&L to deliver internal/external targets
•    Lead in negotiating drop ship terms – discount structure, operational targets, return policy, and overall fulfillment strategy in conjunction with Sales Leads
•    Own the identification and launch of new DropShip opportunities, including logistical needs, pricing and implementation
•    Provide detailed reports and updates to organization regarding sales trends, operational metrics, and forecast detail
•    Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products, imagery, and pricing
•    Manage account dashboards to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
•    Manage inventory feed uploads via 3rd party technology partners (DSCO, Rithum, etc.)
•    Lead assortment creation/item and imagery (DAM) set up process for drop ship and corporate accounts ahead of each season
•    Manage Ecommerce Operations Associate to ensure all lead times/fill rates are meeting target – oversee all order bank management and lead/coach direct report as needed

Qualifications

•    Bachelors Degree.
•    5+ years of experience in Footwear/Apparel Sales preferably working with the Corporate Sales and/or ecommerce channels
•    Independent thinker, self-starter, and true team player
•    Confidence in account presentations both digitally and in-person
•    Proficiency communicating to leadership of multiple cross-functional areas – including sales, planning, and supply chain
•    Results oriented with strong planning, prioritization, problem solving and decision-making, organizational and time-management skills
•    Understanding of Corporate Sales channel and partner needs
•    Experience with ecommerce/drop ship a plus

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
• Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

 $109,230.00 - $150,191.80 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
