MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Valet Living is seeking a data-driven Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will be a key player in shaping our social media presence, analyzing market trends, and crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Salary Range: $58,700 to $63,000

Responsibilities :

Social Media Management (50%):

• Create and schedule engaging content for our external-facing social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt our strategy accordingly.
• Track social media analytics and report on key performance indicators.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms.

Insights, Strategy, and Messaging (30%):

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
• Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies based on research insights and business objectives.
• Define campaign goals, target audiences, messaging frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm innovative campaign concepts and develop compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Write persuasive copy for marketing materials, ad campaigns, and social media content.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign strategies to maximize ROI.

Event Coordination (20%):

• Assist in planning and executing external marketing events, webinars, and conferences focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Coordinate logistics, registration, and promotional materials for events.
• Engage with attendees and capture event highlights for marketing purposes.
• Track event ROI and provide recommendations for future events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event management with a focus on external audiences.
• Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, best practices for engagement and growth, and experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Sprinklr.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, social media, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
