Work you’ll do:
- Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Complete change management assessments

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in OCM activities, communication, and risk management on public-sector projects
- 3+ years of experience in Human Capital management consulting
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- 1 + years of HCM technology experience
- 1+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $132,000 to $220,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
