About The Role:
cyDaptiv Solutions is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support their contracts management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal contracts administration and management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting various contract types including, but not limited to: FFP, T&M, IDIQ, and Cost Plus. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Process prime contracts, subcontracts, contract modifications, teaming agreements, NDAs, and other contractual documents related to civilian and defense department contracting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies in the execution of contracts.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and modifications.
- Provide guidance on contract-related issues to project teams and management.
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Support the preparation of reports and summaries for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracts administration and management.
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) and Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Unanet and MS Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of a standard background investigation.
- Familiarity with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFAR (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
- Experience with IT and cybersecurity federal contracts.
