Company Description:Plan B Network is a company that promotes education and helps communities around the world to educate people about Bitcoin. It is a network and an e-learning platform (https://planb.network) that gathers and curates a wide range of content and educational resources about Bitcoin.

Mission: As a Web Designer (UX/UI) at Plan B Network, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our website. You will work on both the mobile and desktop versions. You will collaborate closely with the product owner and the development team to continuously develop new features, and enhance the user experience for our learners and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement attractive and intuitive user interfaces for our e-learning platform, focusing on optimal user experience.

• Ensure visual consistency across desktop and mobile platforms. Develop and integrate the design system to share a consistent vision of the brand identity.

• Use Figma as the primary tool for designing and prototyping user interfaces.

• Work closely with the development team to optimise the design and development process.

Required Skills:

• Speak English. The team is international, so English is our work language.

• Have a strong professional experience as a Web Designer, with strong expertise in UX/UI.

• Have a strong professional experience on mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Experience in using, developing and integrating design systems.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic/start-up environment and quickly adapt to changes. The team works remote.

• Ability to use tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Mid Journey, and DALL-E is a plus, to create/modify images and visual materials.

We are looking for someone who can work full time during weekdays. Work is done remotely. The team gathers a few times a year, usually for Bitcoin conferences.
