Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to spearhead the launch of Fold's new credit and loan products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bringing consumer credit cards or other consumer credit and loan products to market. This role is perfect for someone who loves Bitcoin, thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment, and is ready to take on a career-defining challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Successfully launched a new card product– from 0 to 1.

- Successfully onboarded new vendors and led external partner integrations.

- Lead the end-to-end product development and launch of Fold’s credit and loan products.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Fold's goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless product development and launch.

- Define product requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure Fold remains at the cutting edge of financial product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in product management, specifically with consumer credit cards or other consumer credit and loan products.

- Experience working with start-ups preferred. 

- Strong understanding and passion for Bitcoin and its potential within the financial industry.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a lean, fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of delivering high-impact products.

- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
