As a director customer relationship management process, you’ll establish and implement strategic efforts to support our expanding vision of the Progressive customer. Your team will build and support customer experiences, systems, and processes to service existing customers across an expanding set of Progressive and partner products. You’ll work closely with other business leaders from customer experience, digital servicing, marketing, sales, and informational technology teams to build an aligned approach and cohesive execution plans.

This position requires travel to Progressive’s headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio. 

 Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of eight years related professional experience in process/procedure design, testing and implementation.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 11 years property casualty experience or 11 years related professional experience in process/procedure design, testing and implementation.

Preferred skills

• Strong analytically, with an ability to articulate the measurable value of initiatives to inform strategic decision making and align broad groups of collaborators, including development of business cases with cost/benefit analysis, economic modeling, and/or pro forma statements
• Ability to optimally work in areas of ambiguity and create simplicity and clarity with multiple collaborators, while building a coalition of advocates and relationships with various business and IT partners
• Ability to set strategic direction on sophisticated business problems and also drive tactical execution by navigating organizational processes with business and IT partners
• Familiarity with developing customer experience solutions in digital and phone channels
• Experience in creating effective presentations and telling stories to varied audiences, including executives
•  Experience leading and positioning a small team of business process consultants, system consultants, and analysts to achieve successful outcomes and successful careers

Compensation

•  $122,400 - $174,800/year 
• Gainshare bonus up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
• Participation in our restricted stock units plan
