Position Highlights | The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law seeks applicants for the position of Director, Career Development Office (CDO). The CDO is one of the largest student services offices at the Law College, providing important career and professional development training, programs, and advising for Arizona Law's students and alumni. This position will have three (3) primary areas of responsibility: 1) supervising the administrative operation of the office, including the supervision of team members who provide front-line service across the spectrum of stakeholders; 2) advising students and alumni on career and professional development, with a focus on career advising related to the incumbent’s areas of expertise; and 3) connecting employers to the College of Law through employer outreach and administration of structured recruiting programs, with a focus on cultivating relationships with employers in the incumbent’s areas of expertise.
