Position Highlights | The University of Arizona Athletics Department is dedicated to excellence in collegiate sports, building a modern model of intercollegiate athletics fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and student-athlete success. With a tradition of athletic and academic excellence, we are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to serve as the Assistant Athletic Director, Sport Psychology and Wellness. This role will provide clinical psychology and performance optimization services to student-athletes. The successful candidate in this position will also be responsible for the development and implementation of philosophies, policies, and procedures of sport psychology service operations for student-athletes and supporting our mission of holistic student-athlete development. This position requires the ability work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel for competition and recruiting.
