Role Overview:

We’re looking for a VP of Finance to work full-time on-site, collaborating closely with our CFO and CEO to oversee all financial aspects of the company. This includes financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and the exploration of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy and operations.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

• Develop financial models and forecasts.

• Evaluate financial viability of new projects and investments.

• Lead and develop the finance team.

• Engage with stakeholders, including executives, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Bitcoin or cryptocurrency preferred.

• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

• Experience in a publicly traded company preferred.

• Familiarity with the Canadian market is a plus.

• Strong understanding of electricity markets, data centers, and Bitcoin mining.
