Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Lead shared services delivery accountability, dedicated towards ensuring operations and business continuity by meeting up with SLAs, capacity, change, problem, incident and performance management per ITIL standards.
- Lead migration of required infrastructure and applications from IBM by overseeing delivery of data analysis, mapping, and transfer and owning the quality and validity of migrated data, processes, and operations
- Conduct project analysis and provide efficient forecast of all project directives and timelines
- Mentor and coach stakeholders on their project management methodologies including agile and scrum
- Act as subject-matter expert on project deliverables, timetables, risks, and challenges
- Demonstrate accountability to successfully realize client goals

We advise, design, implement, and deploy innovative and technology enabled solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues in specific sectors including Health Care & Life Sciences, Digital Banking & Payments, Investment & Wealth Management, Insurance, Telecom, Media and Energy & Resources.
Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry—and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- 10+ years of experience with IT Service Delivery of large EMR Implementations
- Experience re-engineering processes to improve efficiency and quality of large-scale solutions in accordance to client SLA requirements
- 10+ years of leading delivery engagements of solutions such as: Soarian, Salesforce and Teams
- Lead, manage, and direct project teams on project deliverables within client budget guidelines (Fixed or Variable)
- Deployment skills using Agile/Scrum methodologies and supporting tools
- Deep exposure developing and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
- Ability to lead, or facilitate discussions on agile best practices, workflows, and tools usage
- Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
