As owners of Seismic’s brand identity, the Brand team drives the visual look and feel of all marketing communications at Seismic, striving to consistently apply our brand guidelines across internal and external communication mediums, while evolving them to stay current.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Brand team and report to the Senior Manager, Brand Creative. This opportunity is perfect for someone who values pixel-perfect precision and working within established brand guidelines to create high–quality work. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining the visual integrity of our brand. You will also collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and talent teams to ensure that all visual elements are consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong technical skills.

Who you are:
- You have a solid grasp of common design principles (grid, layouts, typography, color, whitespace, alignment, hierarchy) and an understanding of current design trends in the B2B industry.
- You are driven to produce high-quality work at an efficient pace, can adapt quickly to changes.
- Your impeccable time-management skills allow you to multi-task and juggle several projects at once without compromising quality or deadlines.
- You can adhere to established brand guidelines and develop brand consistency.
- You are open to learning new tools and skills and take initiative to learn independently.
- You have a keen attention to detail and value pixel-perfect precision in your designs.
- You welcome feedback from both designers and stakeholders to improve your work.
- You are a team player.
- You err on the side of over-communicating and maintain open lines of communication between yourself, your team, and your stakeholders when it comes to project and deadline statuses.
- You can work with, develop, and maintain libraries of reusable design components and templates.
- You are proactive and desire to innovate and implement new efficiencies in processes and workflows.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a designer or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and similar tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Strong understanding of print and digital production best practices
- Experience with print and knowledge of preparing files for print to hand over to vendors
- Experience with creating files for digital output and can deliver the correct format(s) based on the request
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building and managing template systems in Canva.
- Experience building and managing components in Figma.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
