About the role:

The DDT Support Analyst will provide hands and remote support for the US BioLife laboratories. Provide technical expertise in delivering and supporting solutions for complex our requirements. Join Takeda as a DDT Support Analyst where you will have ability to work effectively and independently with a variety of customers and other technical professionals. As part of the DDT operation Labs, you will report to DDT Support Operation Lead and work with key stakeholders.

How you will contribute:

• Proactively monitor ServiceNow helpdesk queues and prioritize daily activities.
• Provide high level of technical support on hardware and software problems for users and leadership team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve complex problems
• Provide after hours on call support as required
• Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise and serves as resource to other Takeda employees.
• Identify and implement process improvements and document system/environment changes.
• Ability to travel to other locations as needed
• Requires little direction, gives guidance to others, works on technical projects, and has advanced knowledge within area of functional responsibility.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or 5+ years in related field.
• Experience in virtualization and concepts using VMware
• Experience in monitoring and addressing laboratory systems to prevent outages
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documents
• A broad familiarity and understanding of overall IT landscape and ecosystem including but not limited to web, mobile, front office, middleware, back-office systems.
