Work you’ll do
- Apply proprietary tools, technology, and software to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change.
- Lead one or more work streams on the different components of strategic change activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, and training)
- Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and engage leadership.
- Develop and execute communication plans leveraging creative, engaging mediums and platforms.
- Define and execute activities to support change and transition initiatives.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives including business development, culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
- Provide informal coaching and/or mentoring of team members.

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of professional work experience.
- 3+ years of professional work experience as a change management lead for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- 3+ years of professional experience in OCM consulting on SAP implementations aligned to best business practices curriculum.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel up to 10-25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience working in SAP change management consulting for public sector clients.
- 1+ years of experience developing training curriculum for SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or migrations.
- Experience with SAP Activate Methodology or similar relevant change management certifications i.e. Prosci, etc.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108k to $180k. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
