What does a successful Enterprise Talent and Development Analyst do at Fiserv:

The Enterprise Talent and Development Analyst will primarily contribute to the analysis, reporting, and process improvement of various talent and development effort serving as an internal consultant across Fiserv. In this capacity, the Enterprise Talent and Development Analyst will work on organizational development initiatives and projects such as associate engagement, talent assessment, performance management, and specialized development initiatives for high-potential leaders.

What you will do:

• Participate in the creation of plans for deployment of global programs in support of regional talent priorities and identified key talent / high potential development
• Drive communication and training of global talent management practices for the broader HR community Talent Management Process
• Execute the use of global assessment tools (e.g. 360, Your Voice, etc.) to support regional and global development planning activities and related team effectiveness programs
• Actively participate in projects / initiatives to advance talent management practices and processes globally.
• Act as the regional point person (first point of contact) for talent process/ technology questions & issues.
• Stay current on research and practices in organization development, leadership development, and talent management solutions.

What you will need to have:

• Ability to think strategically and translate business and individual needs into actionable item
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a broader team
• Strong organizational and project management skill
• A pragmatic and resourceful approach to achieving results
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to desired outcomes
• Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development and Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (required)

• Ability to influence through a matrix organization and communicate effectively
• Ability to work through organizational complexity and ambiguity
