We are currently searching for a detail oriented Treasury Management Support Specialist for our Treasury Management Department. This position can be located in one of the following three (3) locations; Meridian, ID, Spokane, WA or Coeur d'Alene, ID. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the day-to-day servicing and support of all Treasury Management products, will serve as a key contact person for all business account-related customer requests. The Treasury Support Specialist will educate customers in the risks and requirements of treasury management services and will be responsible for maintaining current and proper documentation in the portfolio. This position reviews all documentation and set-ups for completeness and accuracy. This is a full-time, 40 hour a week, position. Must have availability Monday through Friday between 8:00am-05:00pm. Essential Functions:
- Handles the set-up and onboarding of all Treasury Management and Commercial payment products.
- Assist in the development of employee and customer training materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
- Will provide technical support and answer more complex deposit related questions.
- Will provide technical support of proper formatting for both positive pay and ACH files for customer upload.
- Install equipment and train customers on all treasury management products.
- Maintain and set up service fees based on the schedule of fees in the customer agreement.
- Assist Sales Specialist as needed. May include joint calls with customers.
- Monitor inventory of equipment to maintain a proper supply for the treasury management department.
- Prepare required documentation for permanent increase requests for cash management services, submit to supervisor for approval or denial.
- Remain informed of all Bank products and services in order to spot sales opportunities and refer business, when necessary, to the appropriate person for follow up and close of sale.
- Ensure that proper records are maintained, and that safeguards and systems are in place for retention and storage as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer financial information.
- Remain informed of and conform to all applicable policies and procedures, including security.
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
About You
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years banking experience
- 2 years of previous customer service experience
- Understands banking products and services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written to maintain a heavy volume of correspondence, personal contact, and telephone communication.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level.

Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
