STAFF NURSE, AMBULATORY

Job Summary

This registry nurse position can rotate to support for Ambulatory Surgery and the Recovery Room (PACU).  Flexible in schedule and days as well as on-call coverage.  Willing to review the schedule with candidates and discuss 8 or 10hr shifts.  Provides and coordinates patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.

Related Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Associates in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• Current IL State RN licensure and CPR Certification
• Team and customer service skills
• Computer skills - windows and database systems
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, EKG monitoring, arrhythmia interpretation, airway and ventilator management as required per department
