DIETARY AIDE

Job Summary
Serves food to hospital associates, patients and guests.  Cleans and maintains cafeteria. Prepares and delivers late trays, nourishments, floor stocks and supplies and tube feedings. Monitor temperature and cleanliness/sanitation of all food refrigerators on all nursing units

Related Qualifications

• Previous food service experience as food server
• Excellent customer service skill
• Attention to details
• Previous Cashier experience
• Some knowledge of food sanitation; Food Sanitation Certification preferred
• Ability to prioritize work when volume changes.
• Flexible with schedule and assigned tasks
• Able to adapt to changes in temperature in the kitchen and dish room.
