Job Description
A Continuous Improvement Engineer analyzes a company's processes and makes suggestions on how to improve them, working with the Operations and Supply Chain teams in recognizing opportunities, making and implementing changes, and sustaining improvements.
Major Responsabilities:
• Execute activities for the development, implementation and monitoring of the Continuous Improvement System, which include:
- Design and implementation of supply chain systems.
- Implementation of The Lacroix Production systems
- Layout & Manufacturing Cells optimization
- Conduct Kaizen workshops
- 7 Wastes elimination
- 5S
- SMED.
- VSM (Value Stream Map).
- Standard Work
- …
- Implementation pull system.
- Visual Factory
- Manufacturing Cells
- Creation and development of improvement work teams
- Execution of training workshops on continuous improvement
- Follow the guidelines of the environmental management, safety and occupational health system
- Involvement in new program lauch
Qualifications
Required education/Experience/Skills
- Industrial Engineer or similar with experience in an automotive environment
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge in Ergonomics.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving.
- Adaptability and Flexibility in Changing Environments.
- Experience on logistic and material Flow workshop (Must)
- Good communication and coaching skills in Spanish,
- Pro-active and autonomous
