As an IT manager - project portfolio on our Enterprise Resource and Project Management team, you’ll lead a team of 8-12 associate project managers supporting our Property, Product, Agency Distribution and Direct Acquisition (Personal Lines) project portfolio. You’ll be responsible for the performance and quality of all projects in the portfolio, the development of high trust consultative relationships with our partners, and the career progression of a diverse team of high-potential leaders. This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training. #LI-Remote
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery.
- Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted.
Preferred skills
- Deep knowledge of project management tools and methods across the application development lifecycle.
- Broad experience in project delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean Leadership mindset.
- Experience working in the Property and Casualty industry.
- Strong risk management and critical thinking skills to identify risks and implement effective mitigation steps to ensure project and portfolio delivery results.
- Proven track record in coaching, developing and mentoring a team of various abilities to reach their fullest potential.
Compensation
- $121,590-$148,610/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
