As a Technical Recruiter a typical day might include the following:  

• Teaching is selling when it comes to hiring the best candidates! You will promote and sell SEL’s culture, values, and overall benefits package to attract job seekers.
• As a recruiter focused on sourcing, you will build and maintain a pipeline of candidates fit for current or future positions.
• Collaboration is a key part of our team! You will work closely with other sourcing recruiters and full-cycle recruiters to hire the best candidates and provide the best experience throughout the hiring process.
• Innovation is key to staying up to date and efficient in the hiring market. You will identify and implement new methods for sourcing candidates and for increase employer branding.
• Prioritizing quality in the hiring process improves efficiency and builds trust with both hiring managers and candidates. In this role, you will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

This job might be for you if:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• You have 8 or more years of experience in hiring.
• You have a demonstrated ability to attract and hire passive candidates through building networks and selling company culture, values, and benefits.
• You are passionate about collaborating and mentoring other recruiters.

Pay Range Data

Recruiter IV $88,740.00 - $118,320.00 per year. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
