About the position:
The Junior Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the transaction flow through our back office system and identifying data anomalies.
Responsibilities:
Execute a set of daily tasks around transaction management
Process escalations from our customer care team
Identify and document data anomalies in our datasets
Construct analyses to be shared internally and externally
Collaborate across various operational groups to track and resolve issues
Skills/Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
1 - 3 years relevant work experience in data analysis or other quantitative discipline
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL
Creative and innovative problem-solving skills - dissect and determine root causes of problems and propose solutions
Inquisitive with a desire to learn our business end-to-end
