Title: Assistant Project Manager, Construction

Type: Full time, exempt

Responsibilities:

• Assist current Project Manager with task including but not limited to
• Compiling Submittals
• Ordering and Scheduling Materials from Vendors
• Compiling Safety Documents
• Attending Pre-Bid Meetings
• Attending Pre-Construction Meetings
• Obtain bids from subcontractors
• Manage subcontractors
• Manage and evaluate production and budgets
• Coordinate Miss Utility Requests
• Draft billing sheets and AIAs based on schedule of values
• Manage long duration jobs when needed
• Coordinate with Customer
• Complete Daily Paperwork
• Schedule Crews and Preloads for Next Day
• Complete Invoice Billing Sheets
• Draft change orders 

Requirements:

• College Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, OR 2+ years of Site Construction experience.
• Ability to communicate at a professional level
• Ability to read civil plans
