Our Technology department is currently seeking a talented UI / UX Designer with proficiency in Bootstrap. This is a chance to collaborate across the company with our Development and Product teams and stakeholders to drive the next version of N2’s applications.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on Bootstrap.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
- Independently drive UI / UX changes in our applications by creating proposed designs and workflows for more usability.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in UI / UX design and Bootstrap framework.
To Land This Gig, You’ll Need To Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and proficiency in Bootstrap.
- A desire to work with the existing UI and improve the usability and design interface.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG specifications.
- An understanding of mobile design and mobile optimization of web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and responsive web design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically Product and Development teams.
