Summary: Responsible for managing a portfolio of brand clients utilizing Blue Wheel’s brand protection services and technology. Individual will use training and experience to assess and strategize with brand clients, assist in the construction of proper reseller programs for brand clients incorporating relevant agreements and policies, and operate state-of-the-art product and price monitoring and enforcement software on behalf of brand clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Client Retention & Management
○ Standing as client’s main point of contact and managing the day-to-day tactical execution
○ Working with the Brand Protection Manager to review brand clients’ in-place policies and agreements addressing the resale of the branded products including but not limited to: authorized reseller eCommerce agreements and MAP policies
○ Developing and formalizing strategy with brand clients and managing projects via task management tool
○ Hosting brand clients on regular meetings in which the status of the brands’ online enforcement efforts will be the focus
○ Working with the Brand Protection Manager to draft, implement, and operate brand protection plans for brand clients
○ Leveraging technology to monitor, automate, and enforce brand communications on behalf of brand clients to unauthorized resellers, price violators, and IP violators
○ Using templates to create reports and presentations summarizing client progress and explaining next steps for ongoing brand protection success
○ Providing status updates on brand clients & weekly KPIs to supervising manager
Internal Development
○ Assisting in SoP development and training when applicable for internal purposes
○ Supporting the company’s overall brand protection efforts by continually researching and staying up-to-date on ecommerce brand protection challenges and solutions
Sales & Marketing Support
○ Assisting with development of presentations and other materials to support Retail Bloom’s brand protection sales and marketing efforts.
Accountability & KPI’s:
· Reports directly to Manager of Brand Protection Services
· Job performance and opportunities to be evaluated on semi-annual basis
· KPIs:
○ Client retention
○ On Target Buy Box % for BW Managed Service + Wholesale Brands
○ On Target Authorized to Unauthorized Seller Ratio
○ Speed of Enforcement and Impact
○ Meet deadlines for training internal employees and SoP development when applicable
○ Meet deadlines related to sales & marketing contributions when applicable
· Expected division of labor:
○ Client calls and servicing clients: 30 hours
○ Internal meetings: 3 hours/week
○ Sales/Marketing support: 5-10 hours/week

Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee Brand Protection Specialist who assists in populating reporting, data summaries and enforcement efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business field
Familiarity with business policies and/or agreements preferred
Experience with Brand Protection tools. Familiarity with Trackstreet, and other Brand Protection Tools or Applications is a plus.
ECommerce and, preferably, retail experience
Experience with brand and/or product protection efforts
Experience communicating with clients
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, preferred
$60,000 - $65,000 a year
