Job Description:
UPS is currently hiring for 3 different shifts, nights 10:30pm-4am M-Th, F 10:30pm-6am, days 11am-4pm Sun, Tues-Fri, and twilight 4pm-10pm M-F.
Workdays and hours may vary. During prescreening call you can specify your availability.
This position is a mix of office assignments and outdoor assignments, on all shifts. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, customer service skills, and attention to detail. Duties include answering phones, checking emails, running reports, supporting drivers, data entry. Position will require driving on airport property. One must maintain a valid driver’s license. Some positions require to open/close trailer doors for half the night, must be able to climb in and out of trailers when required and the other half answering phone calls from drivers. Inputs data into a variety of databases that track feeders and their contents. The ability to work efficiently in a time critical and team-oriented environment. This position completes other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
Data entry skills
Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research and time management skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
6 months office support experience, preferred
