The Position:
FullStack is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing and Brand Designer to support the company's global marketing and branding objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and branding, with the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience. As a key team member reporting to the VP of Design, you will play a critical role in expanding FullStack’s brand presence through exceptional visual design.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with multiple FullStack departments to create web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with department heads to iterate on initial concepts and turn them into final design deliverables.
- Offer specialized expertise in visual design and provide comprehensive visual design services for projects, programs, and activities across the organization.
- Lead the way in expanding the visual language of the FullStack brand.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, creating landing pages, email campaigns, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- 3+ years of professional design experience in a design agency or in the software consulting, IT staffing, or IT recruiting industry.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Ability to take an initial concept through to production-ready deliverables.
- Demonstrate strong self-management skills, including prioritizing responsibilities, and a proactive and self-starting mindset.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and aesthetics, including web design, presentation design, and social media graphics.
- An expert in Figma including creating/managing design systems and producing high-fidelity designs.
- Strong organizational, presenting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
