Preferred Qualifications
- Must be a resident of Nevada.
- Must be a licensed examiner for the state of Nevada or be willing to get licensed within the first 30 days of start date.
- Experience working on the title process
- Proficient knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite
Job Summary
As an Examiner, you'll research ownership history of various parcels of land by going through public record and other sources and verify that the title package was set up appropriately based on the findings within the abstract and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage a high-volume queue of orders for residential and/or commercial loans
- Consult with abstractors, other examiners, underwriters and the Title Clearance team to provide a clear, marketable title
- Consistently meet minimum production goal numbers and quality metrics
