Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of talent management or human resources experience
- 3 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering talent and/or learning process, programs and tools
- Advanced knowledge of Talent Management subject matter expertise (goal setting performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career mobility, skill mapping)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of talent management or human resources experience in a mature talent management environment
- 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering large scale talent and/or learning process, programs and tools
Job Summary
As a Senior Talent Enablement Strategist, you'll be responsible for the design, development and delivery of talent management processes, programs and tools. You'll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and works closely with other People & Places teams to break down silos and foster collaboration and connection across the talent management life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing talent management processes, programs, and tools to develop an understanding of our current portfolio and measure business impact
- Conduct external research on talent management practices, processes, programs, and tools to support continuous improvement
- Gather data and insights from our systems, stakeholders and business partners to identify emerging needs and opportunities within the talent management life cycle
- Collaborate on the design, development, and the continuous improvement of talent management programs that support organizational capabilities
- Establish key performance indicators and develop metrics to track execution and monitor progress against key talent management deliverables and measure the success of our strategies
- Collaborate with other DevCore and Pulse teams to ensure decisions are being made holistically and to identify how to integrate new talent offerings with existing processes and programs
- Partner with your team to help develop their skills and provide collaborative, constructive feedback
- Facilitate talent management program trainings as needed
