COORDINATOR-PROFESSIONAL (E/S) - ES

• Act as liaison and primary point of contact with client to plan and implement all aspects of event through conclusion.
• Ascertain clients’ requirements for set-up, security, ticketing, etc.
• Communicate event requirements to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate procurement of proper insurance coverage for events.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, contractors, etc. to assure event requirements are addressed and met.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor final billings.
• Provide client with updates and changes in cost estimates.
• Initiate required paperwork.
• Provide guidance and supervision to service staff during events.
• Act as “point person” for outside promoters.
• Manage Guest Services, Maintenance, and Security employees during events.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree or a combination of training and 2-3 years of related experience.
• Good communication and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Accuracy in performing assigned duties is essential.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; AutoCAD a plus.
• Working irregular hours (including nights, weekends and holidays) is required as dictated by event schedule.
