Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of creatives, including Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Video Producers to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand's objectives and business goals.
- Manage the creative workflow, assigning tasks and projects to team members, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand business needs and objectives, and translate them into creative solutions.
- Ensure all creative output is consistent with our brand guidelines and messaging, and is optimized for various channels including packaging, print, and digital.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members, and encouraging professional growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our creative output.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent skills and experience, in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a team of creatives to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong understanding of design, copywriting, presentation design, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Knowledge of digital and print mediums, and ability to optimize creative output for different channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and ability to use data to inform creative decisions.
