Job Description
- Knowledge on the PLC process of a product
- Should exhibit good leadership skills and ensuring timely delivery of product.
- Should be good in communication and get the work done based on requirement
- Understanding system specifications, Firmware and memory requirements
- Perform NAND flash storage based analysis and verification from product definition and planning through production and release
- Understanding on NAND flash system level behavior characterizations
- Participates in cross functional meetings such as with Memory, Firmware and product line teams to develop, test and qualify flash storage products
- Provides feedbacks, ideas and innovations on new system features for next generation memory developments
- Should be working with counterparts across sites in coordinating on Frameworks, System, Memory, Firmware, ESD tests, Production tests, etc.
- Should be capable of handling RCA, CAPA, 8D, process improvements
- Understanding the product and test engineering flow
- Making sure product meets the Quality and Reliability specifications of the product.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters degree from Electronics/Computer Science preferred with 6-10 years of experience in Reliability/Memory Design/System Engineering
- Experience in Memory Design and Characterization
- Experience in Reliability Testing
- Knowledge of Storage interfaces such as SD, eMMC, UFS protocols
- Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics and Memory Architecture is a plus
- Knowledge on Factory operations and Agile methodology is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare status reports
- Need to work closely with the team members on a daily basis, set up meetings and calls with the stake-holders and resolve issues diligently is a must
