Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is hiring BARTENDERS!

Our Bartenders are experts on beer, touring our Guests through our award-winning beer selections and pairing them with our handcrafted signature and specialty dishes. They turn first-timers into “Kings of the Hill” by giving them a genuine, authentic experience through stellar service and inspiring loyalty. Our bartenders serve a pint while winning the guest over with their personalities.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



 

• At least 6 months of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant is a plus.
• A team-player mentality.
• The ability to bring the fun to work and keep it cool when business is booming.
• The desire to drive Guest Satisfaction by going above and beyond the call of duty.
• Open availability for all major holidays and events even if outside normal scheduled availability
• Willing to work a blended schedule of serving and bartending
• Committed to serving free beer samples, selling beer club and King of the Hill memberships weekly, obtaining guest feedback through our survey platform
• Must be available on Sundays

Founded in Newark, DE in 1996 by Kevin Finn, Mark Edelson, and Kevin Davies, Iron Hill is the most award-winning brewery east of the Mississippi, and one of the most enduringly successful craft brewery and restaurant concepts in the United States. For each one sold, Iron Hill donates $.75 to CureSearch for Children’s Cancer. Similarly, at the TapHouse, $1 per 3-Alarm Firefighter’s Burger is donated to the local fire station. Through fundraising, local non-profit support, and participation in community events, Iron Hill remains connected to each of the local communities they serve.
