At Kerkrade we established the European Center of Operations. This hub includes BSC’s seconds largest tier 1 Distribution Center and we host many European supporting functions.

About the role:
As an experienced Receptionist you play a prominent role in our office in Kerkrade. You will be the first contact for our employees, clients, suppliers and visitors. You will support our European Center of Operations in all possible ways.
 
Your responsibilities include:

• Answering the telephone (customers, companies and internal employees from other locations)
• Receiving and registering visitors or employees from other BSC locations
• Acceptance and processing of mail
• Support in certain activities and events and creating presentations
• Administrative tasks to support internal departments (spreadsheets)
• Support with expense reports and coordinating business travels
• Support with arranging meetings at our office 
• Organizing and supporting internal events 
• Flexible with regard to working hours in the event of colleague's absence

What we are looking for:

• Relevant educational background, like secretarial diploma.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency as well as attention to detail.
• Strong command of the English and Dutch language
• Team player, but also able to work independently
