About the Role
As a Replenishment Lead, you will be responsible for managing & shifting labor, coaching & training team members, ensuring the team achieves key metrics, and holding the team accountable to Good Eggs policies & standards.
Duties & Responsibilities

Act as a Zone Specialist. This includes, but is not limited to:OUTBOUND (PRODUCTION & REPLENISHMENT)
- Collaborate with OakFC Leadership leadership to establish, communicate, and execute measurable operations goals that deliver safety, quality, service, and performance results.
- Meet and exceed productivity and performance objectives.
- Provide leadership with feedback on process improvements and employee performance.
- Keep track of shift productivity, overtime, and downtime.
- Spearhead change management efforts as processes and policies change.
- Uphold all company values and policies.
- Manage and control the overall warehouse workflow utilizing ideas and areas for improvement identified by the teams.
- Provide coaching & training for all team members.
- Act as a resource for the team to set them up for success.
- Have a positive and motivational tone with the team.
- Contribute to the development of effective employee training programs resulting in a cross-trained and agile workforce.
- Triage & troubleshoot all issues as they arise.
- Cycle counting inventory
- Consolidating lots
- Monitoring Slack
- Triaging lost lots for pickers
- Keeping the zones clear of debris.
- Supervise team members in different temperature zones.
- Manage operation of joey, order-picker, and forklift (Forklift Certification Preferred).
- Oversee and help with product pulling from back stock.
- Coordinate product preparation for front stock.
- Conduct quality assurance for produced items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
- Enforce operational standards and provide guidance.
Qualifications

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR GOOD EGGS INTERNAL APPLICANTS
- Strong collaborator and problem-solver with a commitment to delighting customers.
- 2 or more years of warehousing experience or work in one of the following areas (farmers market, grocery)
- Prior experience in a lead role preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn/use new software
- Basic competency with the entirety of Google Suite (calendar, forms, sheets, slides, docs, etc.)
- Comfortable to work in walk-in coolers and freezers (temperatures as low as -10°F) for long periods of time
- Able to lift heavy boxes and push or pull heavy items that weigh between 30 and 50 pounds.
- Able to work weekends as a regular part of your schedule. Good Eggs is a 24 hour operation, seven days a week. We do not offer Monday through Friday schedules.
- Passion for building up others
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work on a team

- Ability to work weekends as a regular part of your schedule. Good Eggs is a 24-hour operation, seven days a week. Monday through Friday schedules should not be expected. Schedule flexibility is required.
- At least 6+ months tenure at Good Eggs required
- Excellent Attendance & Performance required
- HR & Current Manager Recommendation required
- Experience with Receiving/QC reporting/documentation required
- Experience with Produce QA guidelines required
- Prior experience in coaching/training preferred
Physical Requirements

- We characterize this role as physically demanding. Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, walking, balancing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling carts and handling of materials
- Must be able to regularly lift, carry and/or push and/or pull between 30 to 50 pounds.
- Walking: Up to 7 hours per day
- Standing: Up to 7 hours per day
- Ability to work for extended periods of time in refrigeration and a freezer (-10F)
- Seating: Up to 1 hour per day
- Reaching: Up, down or laterally, up to 7 hours per day

$20 - $23 an hour
