In this role you will:
- Drive high volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of care & clinical team members (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Dietitians, Care Coordinators, etc.)
- Develop top of funnel strategies to ensure we have needed active candidate pipelines to meet the hiring needs of the business
- Collaborate closely with hiring leaders across the organization to ensure the talent acquisition team is always aligned with the business
- Be a thought leader always looking for opportunities to improve, streamline, and enhance our recruiting systems, processes, and resources
- Ensure applicant tracking system is updated and maintained proactively so that we have accurate recruiting reporting and metrics
- Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of various state clinical licensing/credentialing requirements
- Engage with and educate prospective candidates on Form Health and why this is a great place to work!
We seek applicants who have:
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Prior healthcare industry recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering against high volume recruiting goals & targets
- Prior experience utilizing Greenhouse ATS to source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews
- Energetic and positive personality with demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
- An ability to build consultative and trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
- Prior startup experience
