RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee mining operations:Manage asset security, test equipment, andassist in keeping inventory of rigs, parts, and tools. Oversee deployments.Own all functions related to operational success, including troubleshooting malfunctions, overseeing emergencies, and coordinating with on-site operations staff. Ensure quality control by running regular performance checks. 
2. Maintenance and repairs:Ensure facilities are properly cooled and systems function well. Implement policies and safety procedures.Manage diagnostic testing and repairs to all miners.
3. Efficient and standardized mining operations:Identify operational issues and inefficiencies. Propose improved operating procedures and solutions.Maintain work performance log. 
4. Other duties as assigned:Willingness to pitch in where needed as part of an early-stage startup.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity, passion, and history with using and participating in the Bitcoin ecosystem
• Substantial hands-on experience with Bitcoin mining
• Experience with network maintenance and management
• Experience repairing or building computers is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience using spreadsheet software for analyzing data
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate clearly any major errors in network malfunction
• Miner repair Certification is a plus
