About the Role
In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing a team responsible for the efficient and accurate registration of properties within our system, ensuring compliance with all local and state property registration ordinances. You will develop and maintain registration processes that meet these requirements, while also motivating and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of property registration specialists, ensuring they meet all deadlines, performance targets, and adhere to property registration requirements as outlined by relevant ordinances and platforms like Hera Property Registry or Munireg.
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes for property registration that are compliant with all applicable ordinances and any specific requirements of the chosen platform.
- Train and mentor team members on registration procedures, data quality standards, company systems, and the intricacies of local property registration ordinances and any relevant platform guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members on their understanding and application of registration requirements and platform functionalities.
- Identify and address any issues related to property registration accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with ordinances and platform guidelines.
- Escalate complex registration issues or potential ordinance violations to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment for your team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, best practices for property registration, and changes to local property registration ordinances. You'll also be responsible for staying informed of any updates or modifications to relevant platforms like Hera or Munireg.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in both efficiency and compliance.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing adherence to evolving registration requirements and platform functionalities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property registration or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Excellent understanding of property registration processes, procedures, and data quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of local property registration ordinances and familiarity with platforms like Hera or Munireg.
